The Story Behind
In 1925, Master Baker Baba Umar founded Khalifa Bakers in the heart of Lahore's Mochi Gate. With a passion for creating unforgettable flavour, he perfected the Almond Nan Khatai — a thick, crumbly biscuit that became a local legend. Passed down through four generations, this family recipe remains unchanged, blending premium desi ghee, fresh almonds, and traditional techniques.
