Orders
An order is confirmed once we acknowledge it on WhatsApp, by phone, or on this website. Prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change without notice.
Delivery
Same-day delivery is available within Lahore for orders placed before our daily cut-off. Nationwide orders are shipped via courier and usually arrive in 1–3 working days. Delivery charges depend on your zone and are shown at checkout.
Payment
We accept cash on delivery and bank transfer. Bulk, wedding and corporate orders may require advance payment.
Freshness & returns
Everything is baked fresh in small batches. Because our items are perishable food, we cannot accept returns. If your parcel arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours with photos and we will replace it or refund you.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before baking or dispatch begins. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled.
